Dr. Hernandez always addresses all my concerns and answers my questions in a language I can understand. I'm given the time needed to do so. I have a hearing loss and am trying out new hearing aids. I think the nurse who called me with instructions did not fully comprehend my poor hearing and so I didn't quiet get the instructions but was too embarrassed to say so.She was very adept in the office visit as a whole.

A staff person at front desk was a bit snippy when I called with info my doctor requested. Her response was what do you want me to do with it...my response GIVE IT TO MY DOCTOR.

Overall very pleased with her and her assistant. Front office seemed a little harried with the new system. I was not informed you no longer utilize Sendero healthcare insurance. That was disappointing.

Dr Hernandez is great. Two other friends recommended her because they think she’s great too!
